This was a fantastic experience. I am pretty sure this is amongst the best gluten free food in all of Mexico. You won't find better. The cupcakes were also incredible. We decided to take some back with us after lunch. Once we opened the box, the poor cupcakes didn't have a chance. We fled to them like a flock of seagulls. They were incredible. I'd be very surprised if you could tell that they were even gluten free. I had the lasagna and it was soooooo good. Normally I don't eat lasagna but I love mushrooms and this lasagna had mushrooms. I could not believe it was gluten free. It was incredible!! The environment is also beautiful and relaxing. We ate outside next to their garden.

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. It’s been really hard to find places where I can eat yummy gluten free foods. This place was one of them. Everything looked amazing on the menu. I had the Greek empanada, Banana bread, and a Moka. When I tell you that I couldn’t tell it was gluten-free I was shocked. The food is incredible even for people who don’t have gluten sensitivity’s. My fiancé, who doesn’t have celiac disease loved the Greek empanada. The coffee was wonderful! The art is beautiful! Definitely worth a trip to visit!!

Honestly can’t remember if I posted a review last year but I’m back in town and CANNOT wait for all of the delicious food. It’s hard not to go overboard as everything looks and tastes sooooo good! The cupcakes are delicious and moist, the bagels are incredible and the hand pies/patties are a huge treat! One of the most impressive gluten free restaurants I’ve been to in any of my travels and the staff are lovely. My mom who does not have celiac diasease also agreed all of the food was great and she can’t wait to go back either!

This is one of those hidden gems in Ajijic. Lots of delicious gluten free pastries ! Awesome! Tamales are the best in town for sure, love the Yerba Santa that makes them delicious ! Amazing coffee from the family farm in Veracruz! Great family business! If you happen to be in town you have to check it out!

One of my favorite places in Ajijic. We are so lucky in such a small town to have a Gluten Free Bakery. And more including a variety of stews and empanadas. They are also a coffee roaster and showcase the intricate artwork of Ross, el dueño. The cafe offers outdoor seating in a lovely garden area. A favorite weekly routine is stopping by for a toasted Gluten Free sesame bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. #celiac

Incredible experience! It’s a rare to find a dedicated GF bakery and even more rare to find a bakery of this quality. Staff (Ross & Jose - I met these guys so far) are super nice and accommodating. Everything I’ve eaten so far has been amazing. You have to try the Carrot Cake muffin/cupcake, peanut butter cookies and the Baja fish soup.

I wish I could go everyday! Every time I go I find something more delicious than the last time. Cup cakes with a soft center of frosting. Bagels individually sliced and serán wrapped to keep the halves apart. Curries. Lasagnas. Patties. Tamales. Coffee. Endless options. All gluten free which I need. You would never even know that their treats are gluten free, they are just delicious! Oh and I almost forgot the peanut butter cookies and the double chocolate chocolate cookies! Everything is yum!!
